Consistency Record Control

This system detects pulp consistency and control it
to an optimum rate through automatic operation
of its dilution watervalve
in response to pulp consistency changes.
Compared with the conventional P.I.D. control system,
it offersmuch better control effect through
the interruptor control and the proportional control.
The interruptor control is so known as an optimum system
for lag-timecontrol, and the proportional control
features superior output adjustment function.
