MEASUREMENT PRINCIPLE
PULP LIQUID SAMPLING >> CLEANWATER DILUTION
>> AIR STIRRING >>
PRESSURIZING >> MEASUREMENT >> CLEANING
The system samples a fixed volume of pulp liquid
from stock line.
The sample liquid is diluted cleanwater, vigorously mixed by air to uniform
mixture,
then air-compressed and forced to the screen.
After screening the liquid for a preset time, bubbler tube measures liquid
level,
which correlates with pulp freeness, in the measurement tube.
The system cleans itself with water-flush when every measurement is over,
and automatically repeats the above cycle with 3-5 minutes.
